Since Madden NFL 18 was released, many fans complained that there was no Nintendo Switch version. It's true, there was not and it was extremely unfair, since FIFA 18 did manage to be on Nintendo's hybrid console.

It should be noted that this was not an injustice as such, since the launch of Nintendo Switch was a few months close to the release of Madden NFL 18, so EA only had time to work on a set of their annual franchises and, clearly, opted for launch the video game that has a very, very, very large fan base.

Madden NFL 18 in Switch: is it possible?

Of course it is possible and especially in these last months in which we are seeing that many franchises come back to life and do so in the Nintendo console. Proof of this is the Crash Bandicoot N'sane Trilogy that will reach Nintendo Switch (as well as for Xbox One and PC) in the next month of July. It also speaks of a great possibility that the trilogy of Spyro the Dragon also land on Nintendo Switch.

The hybrid Nintendo console is gaining more and more popularity and acceptance among gamers and developers. Although, it is true that it has very few AAA titles, by the end of the year we will have a robust catalog of indie videogames and well-known developers, such as the creators of Dark Souls and Bandai (Attack on Titan 2).

So, Madden NFL 18 will be on Nintendo Switch? The answer is a no. But do not get upset! It's too late for Madden NFL 18 and Madden coins to make the jump to the Switch, so it's pretty much a fact that Madden NFL 19 makes its debut on the Nintendo Switch in September of this year.
